Aritzia is growing and our Learning & Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing bestinclass business driven learning and development offerings for our people. As the Senior Manager/Manager Retail L&D Delivery you will be responsible for accelerating the cultural integration and productivity of our Retail teams by delivering and driving effective learning experiences. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager Retail L&D Delivery you will:
- Partner with Retail leadership to identify and develop high potential employees into learning leaders ensuring their ongoing effectiveness by auditing sessions and providing coaching
- Consistently deliver and facilitate clear and engaging training sessions that drive learning outcomes and provide a worldclass learner experience
- Deliver informal coaching and feedback on the job to support increased learning outcomes and ensure the right learning resources are accessible
- Empower Retail leadership with tools and best practices to drive and own the development of their people
- Oversee the management operations and logistics of dedicated physical environments that enhance education exposure and experience opportunities to support the accelerated onboarding and development of Retail teams
- Validate achievement of learning outcomes and support continuous improvement of Retail training solutions to address learning needs
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager Retail L&D Delivery has:
- Proven and bestinclass skills education and/or applicable certifications

- The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 to $150000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.Additionally this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
