CNC Machining Aircraft Blades Production- AMDeputy Manager

1. Production Management:
   • Oversee the daily operations of the CNC production shop.
   • Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
   • Ensure efficient utilization of resources including machines materials and manpower.
2. Engineering Support:
   • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement CNC machining processes.
   • Provide technical support for the design and optimization of CNC programs.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and processes.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Lead mentor and develop a team of CNC CADCAM Programmers Machinists/Operators and Technicians.
   • Foster a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
   • Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize production processes.
   • Participate in crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Maintenance and Safety:
   • Ensure CNC machines and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
   • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
   • Conduct regular safety training sessions for the team.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of production activities including work orders machine logs and quality reports.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and metrics.
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in CAM Programming and CNC machining.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines programming and machining processes.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CNC programming software and CAD/CAM tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
