- Contribute to the backend services that power ML and GenerativeAI features.
- Design develop implement and evaluate machine learning models using classical and deep learning approaches as well as GenAI
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing products and services
- Analyze and improve efficiency accuracy scalability and stability of AI enabled workflows
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the ML team
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field
- 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering roles
- Strong software engineering skills including version control code review and CI/CD practices
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn Sagemaker
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) for ML deployment
- Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and system design
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and applications is a plus
- Knowledge of RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) and other modern NLP techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools is a plus
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
