Reporting administratively to Head Manufacturing at the factory and functionally to GM HR at corporate office you will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR Operations at the factory level.
Responsibilities will include :
MBA/PGDM HR Full time from a reputed institute with 510 Years experience in Plant HR/IR in a reputed Consumer durable /FMCG listed company with multi location operations.
Responsibilities will include :
- Talent Management
- Ensure the Manpoweravailabilityas per the plant requirement.
- Managing Statutory Compliance
- Managing employee engagement
- Performance Management System
- Training and Development
- Workforce Management &wage administration
- IR & Welfare
- Contract Labor Management& ApprenticeshipManagement
- Administration & Security
