Job Description

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organization. We design manufacture and install a complete line of custom closets home offices pantries garage cabinetry and more. Our growth has created an immediate need for an Assistant Sales Manager to support and develop our inhome sales. This position is a full time inside management position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead develop and direct an inhome sales team
- Interview and hire salespeople
- Facilitate training in both oneonone and group settings
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum managing sales teams
- Personal sales background of at least 2 years with demonstrated track record
- Commitment to follow our proven successful sales model
- Positive attitude towards achievement
- Great communication organization and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Office Excel
- Experience working with consumers
- Retail sales and management
- Must be living in St. Petersburg area
Salary: $72000/ year
This is a fulltime position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.
