Job Description
Job Title Intramural Supervisor
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate intramural sports leagues and events.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
Enforce rules and regulations maintaining a fair and competitive atmosphere.
Provide guidance and support to referees and scorekeepers.
Handle any conflicts or issues that arise during games.
Assist with scheduling setup and takedown of facilities.
Promote a culture of inclusivity and sportsmanship among participants.
Communicate effectively with participants staff and volunteers.
Qualifications
Knowledge of various sports and their rules.
Previous experience in sports supervision or recreation is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
