Help Wanted: Production Manager for Celebration Chevrolet Service Shop
Location: Celebration Chevrolet 2001 S Havana St Aurora CO 80014
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing production operations in a fastpaced environment Celebration Chevrolet is seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic service shop team. As a key member of our team youll oversee daily operations to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the production process within the service department including scheduling resource allocation and quality control.
- Ensure all safety quality control and compliance standards are met.
- Monitor operational efficiency productivity and throughput to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve productionrelated issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role preferably in a service shop or automotive environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols quality control and process optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Experience with production scheduling software or similar tools is a plus.
