Job Summary
Granite Automotive in Rapid City South Dakota is looking for a skilled and experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The Parts Counterperson will play an important role in ensuring the parts are ordered accurately delivered to our customers in a timely manner and stocked in the store. The Parts Counterperson must be able to multitask manage their time responsibly and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Greet customers as soon as they enter our store and offer assistance
Process orders for customer orders including taking orders over the phone entering them into the system and organizing all paperwork
Ensure the accuracy of orders placed by customers
Assist customers in choosing the correct parts for their repair needs
Work closely with other departments such as purchasing shipping and receiving
Maintain parts inventory to ensure timely supply of orders
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in parts processing
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer Literate
