Owners Project Manager Luxus Build
Location: Miami FL (Brickell area Fully Remote for 6 Months then Hybrid Remote)
Salary: $130000 $170000 per year Benefits & PTO
Luxus Build is seeking an experienced Owners Project Manager to oversee and manage largescale luxury residential projects in Miami FL. This role requires a technically savvy professional with strong project management expertise and working knowledge of Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam and other relevant software programs.
The position will be fully remote for the first six months and will transition to a hybrid remote role based in the Brickell area of Miami. We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 20 years of experience managing highend residential construction or design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage luxury residential projects from concept through completion ensuring scope budget and timeline adherence.
- Act as the primary liaison between owners architects engineers contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules budgets and deliverables to ensure successful .
- Utilize Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam and other project management tools to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Review design and construction documents ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate permitting zoning approvals and compliance with local building regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships contract negotiations and procurement of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders presenting reports on project status financials and milestones.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 to 20 years of experience in project management construction management or a related field with a focus on highend residential projects.
- Strong technical proficiency with Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam and project management software.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with highnetworth clients and luxury developments is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction Management Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $130000 $170000 per year (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: Paid time off health insurance and additional perks.
- Work Environment: Fully remote for the first six months then transitioning to a hybrid schedule in the Brickell area of Miami.
