Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a chiropractic clinic in Queens NY. This role offers the chance to work in a mixed practice setting (Major Medical Workers Compensation NoFault and Liens) and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population. Qualifications:
- Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist License.
- Experience: New graduates welcome; experience in mixed practice settings is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g. DrChrono) treatment planning and therapeutic modalities.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication adaptability empathy and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with diverse needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients mobility strength and overall function.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment using DrChrono EMR.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
- Engage with patients to promote longterm recovery and wellness.
