Position Summary:
Maintenance/Custodian/Grounds Helper is responsible for custodial cleanliness building maintenance security and grounds keeping for assigned areas as well as perform electrical work if employee has the required license. Performs all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy set forth in the BMCC Mission Vision and Strategic Plan.

Part Time:
This is a part time position up to 29 hours per week as needed. Part time employees earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked and receive one class tuition waiver per term. if employment criteria is met.
Pay: $14.50 per hour
