Our client is a locally owned HVAC company based in North Gwinnett Georgia who prides themselves on delivering expert heating ventilation and air conditioning services with a commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role goes beyond just technical expertiseits perfect for a motivated technician who also has a knack for business development and commissionbased sales. In addition to installing and servicing HVAC systems youll have the opportunity to generate leads upsell services and contribute to the companys growth while earning additional commissions.

Essential Duties
Install maintain and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
Identify & pursue sales opportunities for HVAC upgrades service plans & additional installations
Build relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of service calls repairs installations and sales leads
Required experience
Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation maintenance and repair
Experience in upselling services and lead generation
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong problemsolving troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and lifting heavy equipment
