Job Description
CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the NaplesCollier County FL area. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:
- Recording a patients medical information accurately
- Backup relief for all staff positions as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and rules
- Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with patients family or friends to provide advice comfort and instructions
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure temperature heart rate etc. as needed
- Patient assessment and monitoring vital sign
Requirements
- Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing
- Minimum ASN and/or BSN preferred not required
- Proven experience as LPN
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
- Above average physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen background check
- Ability to provide Form I9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole highly preferred)
