Youll lead the transition from a historically supportoriented team to a highperforming conversionfocused sales organization that excels in a growing multiproduct environment. You will build integrated sales systems that are digital analytical technical and personal. Youll inspire and manage your team with scalable incentive programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring financial discipline. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The U.S. base pay range for this positionis $245000$300000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. This role is eligible for a competitive incentive program and participation in the companys equity plan. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off 12 paid holidays per year medical/dental/vision insurance basic life insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
