Support Procurement related activities for the Lifecycle of software licenses such as:
Maintain and validate financial data:
Provide support to Controlling and Accounting activities including Cost Centre Management:
Maintain and perform consistency checks of Configuration Database:
Support management of service contracts (e.g. preparation of response to Additional Service Requests from the customer)
Perform general administration tasks like organisation of training and take on routine and adhoc administrative and office support activities.
Requirements:
The jobis currently being performed from home and will move to a mix of onsite / home working.
You should have a good educational background together with a successful proven experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant role.
