What youll be doing:
- Handle calls and requests with a customer serviceorientated approach prioritizing the needs and experience of the customer but not afraid of Sales
- Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills while interacting with customers and coworkers on multicommunication platforms
- Process multiplesource socialmedia and systembased inputs for callback scheduling and callouts.
- Efficiently engage inhighvolume inbound callsusing effective listening inquiry and objectionovercoming techniques while maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and respect.
- Log detailed and accurate information derived from customer interactions.
- Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills interacting with customers and coworkers on multicommunication platforms
- Support field activities technicianscheduling and multidepartment interaction.
- Facilitate and processwarranties parts replacementsand communicate directly with customers to determine and execute appropriate resolution.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
- Desire to be part of a winning team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years customer service experience.
- Enjoy being on the phone handling high call volumes.
- Desire to provide the best experience for customers by utilizing a customercentric approach to solving issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize organize and multitask effectively.
- Adaptability flexibility and ability to deal with constant changes.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments/teams.
- Excellent time attendance.
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in MSWord intermediate MS Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with multiline phone systems.
