Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs and services communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.
  • Uphold Acura/Honda standards to ensure highlevel service excellence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry with Acura/Honda experience preferred.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Acura/Honda vehicles and service processes is a strong advantage.
