What We Need From You:
- 2 years of clinical outpatient experience (postresidency)
- Current unrestricted AZ State license (or eligibility)
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certification in BLS or ACLS
- Active DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Comfort with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Athena preferred)
