Job Description
Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support domestic and international accounting operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the monthend close process performing variance analysis and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of both domestic and international accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the monthend close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Perform variance analysis investigating and explaining fluctuations in financial results.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards.
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts for both domestic and international entities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial planning and operational decisions.
Assist with tax compliance audits and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience including experience with NetSuite.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international accounting practices.
Experience with financial close processes reconciliations and variance analysis.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
