Position Overview:
Were looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our Landscape Installation team. As a crew member youll work with a team dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces delighting clients and building longterm relationships. We prioritize safety and efficiency in our collaborative work environment. Join us in transforming landscapes and making our clients happy!
This position offers a competitive starting pay of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- of landscape installations according to plans following your team leaders instruction.
- Regularly care for clean and maintain companyprovided tools equipment and vehicles.
- Keep accurate job time via phone app.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills & enjoys working as a team
- A good attitude toward your work and teammates.
- Ability to bend/reach and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Previous horticulture experience is preferred but willing to train someone with a desire to learn and grow
- NC drivers license and reliable transportation to work
- Clean background check.
