Maintenance Manager

The Role:
As Maintenance Manager you will oversee maintenance operations ensuring the optimal condition cost and efficiency of the sites assets. This role requires a mix of administrative and handson involvement (approximately 80/20 split) making it ideal for candidates looking to progress into a management role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising production performance by maintaining and optimizing plant equipment.
- Implementing a structured preventative maintenance program to support business objectives.
- Leading and motivating a multiskilled maintenance team ensuring accountability and addressing performance issues where necessary.
- Enhancing operational efficiency by minimising waste and improving energy usage.
- Collaborating with senior management on site operations capital projects and budget control.
The Person:
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will come from a similar background and will be looking for the next challenge in their career. Selfstarting and motivated applicants will also need to satisfy the following:
- A strong electrical bias with robust mechanical abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Confidence to lead by example work independently and drive continuous improvement in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on achieving results.
