The Program
Notre Dame High School has a challenging college preparatory curriculum that integrates classroom learning with downtown educational opportunities in culture science and technology. The school has a diverse student body extensive honors and advanced placement programs and a very talented and dedicated Faculty and Staff. Notre Dame educates over 630 students annually for success and leadership in a global society.
Notre Dame High School is looking for flexible parttime oncall substitute teachers who are energetic eager and techsavvy individuals who can support student learning by substitute teaching on a day by day basis as teacher absences arise. Proficiency with Zoom and screen casting tools is a plus. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check and TB test at the schools expense.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Follow regular teachers lesson plans in a way that ensures consistency and optimal learning
- Assign classwork and homework as necessary according to lesson plans
- Maintain a wellmanaged classroom and positive learning environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree
- Strong command of English language
- Overall competency in most or all subjects
Salary:
- $40.00 per block on all subjects
