Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of brand ambassadors for the Minneapolis Auto Show taking place at the Minneapolis Convention Center from Friday April 11 Sunday April 19. We provide a fun collaborative and positive work environment!
Job Description
- Brand Ambassadors will be assisting with crowd management lead generation and other general booth duties like set up/tear down. This is not a product specialist role however you will need to be able to speak confidently about our clients brand and memorize talking points.
- Pay is $25/hour we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Parking will be reimbursed postevent up to $25/day.
- Staff will need to wear their own black slacks black buttondown shirt and black professional shoes.

WEEKEND 1
- Friday April 11: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
- Saturday April 12: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
- Sunday April 13: 9:30AM5:30PM 8 hours)
WEEKEND 2
- Wednesday April 16: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
- Thursday April 17: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
- Friday April 18: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
- Saturday April 19: 9:30AM8:30PM 11 hours)
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in frontfacing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 412 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor appearance and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Techsavvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to Minneapolis. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
