Meet the team:
The Training Manager Leadership Programs North America will support the deployment and maintenance of learning solutions to support customerfacing leadership teams across North America. This position will be part of the Global Sales Training Department under Global Marketing. They will ensure successful content delivery application of selling coaching norms and global adoption of Dexcom leadership competencies. This manager will build and maintain trust and credibility within the North America sales leadership team and with matrixed stakeholders and their teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using various learning management systems virtual classroom platforms and digital engagement tools to drive effective training. It is expected for this manager to possess strong interpersonal communication leadership skills project management time management & problemsolving skills to ensure success in the role. Success in this role will be defined by the candidate with strong collaboration breadth of leadership experience and effectively managing business complexity.
