Roles and responsibilities:
- WorkcloselywiththeDeliveryTeamandidentifynewdemands.Alsowork on all project related operational matters includingbut not limited to invoicing contract renewals SOW & pricingexercises for new deals/amendments timesheet managementHWF/TWF/WFManagementetc.
- CoordinatewithTalentAcquisitionTeamandfacilitaterecruitmentandhiringofnewemployees.
- Trackandmaintainthedashboardswithhighlevelofaccuracy.
- Chairsemiweekly/weeklycallswithstakeholdersandpublishMOMsandstatusreports.
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforalloperationsrelatedinquiriesissuesandconcerns.
- Driveandsupportbusinessdecisionsandcompliance.
- Developandimplementnewprocessesandprocedurestoimproveoperationalefficiency.
- Provenabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithothers.
- Excellentcommunicationandtimemanagementskills
- ProficientwithMicrosoftOffice(especiallyExcelWordandPowerPoint).
- BachelorsdegreepreferredwithMinimum 3yearsexperienceinoperations
