Mission Community Hospital a 145bed acute care facility located in the San Fernando Valley is currently searching for 2 Perdiem Respiratory Therapist Day/Night Shift.
Job Summary
The Respiratory Therapist will assess and Implement plans of care for respiratory patients. They
perform direct care activities required to provide and maintain individualized quality patient care. Specific areas of responsibility include: Administration of respiratory medications performance of treatments provision of patient education maintenance of a record of care. Actively participates in
performance improvement programs within the department. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible to
the Director of Respiratory Therapy and under medical supervision of the Medical Director of Respiratory Care Services.
Qualifications:Gener General al Job Requirements Certifications & Knowledge
Requirements:
4Current CRT or RRT
4Current RCP License from State of California.
4EKG Certificate must be obtained within 60 days
of hire
4BCLS
4PALS Certificate must be obtained within 30 days
of hire
4ACLS Certificate must be obtained within 30 days
of hire
4MAB Certification must be obtained within 60
days of hire
4Current Los Angeles Fire Card must be obtained
within 30 days of hire
