Job Description
ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. All applicants must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of Abilene Christian University while employed by the university.
- Enrolled fulltime at ACU

- Flexible to balance multiple tasks and interruptions while meeting deadlines with composure
- Handles confidential information with good judgment
- Neat professional appearance
- Takes initiative to communicate well with team and supervisor
- Proficient in standard office software (Google Drive Docs Sheets; Microsoft Word Excel; etc. and Canvas
- Can lift 30 lbs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
General administrative work
Creation of various types of Google docs/sheets
Canvas administrative tasks
Data entry
Research of data in Halbert Center and other school systems
Processing of financial paperwork
Event setup participation and teardown
- 1012 hours a week
- Typically Monday to Friday 8am5pm
- May work outside normal office hours on occasion
- Position begins in March 2025
