The Standard Missile 6 program has an immediate need for a Financial professional to join our team as a Program Cost Controls Analyst. The SM6 program is a part of the Navel Shipboard Portfolio within Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) Production. The SM6 program team is responsible for multiple large DOD Prime production contracts.

You will be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn while being challenged. You must have the ability to think on their feet make decisions in a fastpaced environment manage competing priorities and interact with various levels of management. This position will provide an opportunity to improve skills in financial planning PRISM estimates at complete and variance analysis and apply them to existing and future pursuits.

This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite from Tucson AZ.

What You Will Do:

  • Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).

  • Interfacing with Control Account Managers Program Management the Integrated Product Leadership Team and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

  • Analysis of program performance utilization of PRISM tools assisting with initial baseline for new awards.

  • Contribute to crossfunctional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.

  • Develop utilize and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team.

  • Adhoc request support in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically candidates will have a bachelors degree and 2 years financial based experience or an advanced degree and less than 2 years experience.

  • Experience using SAP (APEX PRISM and/or BW/AO) RTN PMX or similar financial systems.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • EVMS Certification or ability to achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • A dedicated and positive attitude with the ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and continued process improvements.

  • DoD Industry experience.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
