JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Setup the Process & Methods team and get fully operational
/ Steer Process & Methods as TRATON Group Finance Business Partner to meet financial targets and increase overall efficiency
/ Support global Controlling functions with setting up their respective global organizations governance structures methods processes and systems
/ Create guidelines for processes methods and systems and drive continuous development of existing common standards from a holistic approach
/ Design implement and maintain groupwide controlling tools and systems for GIF Controlling functions
YOUR SKILLS
/ Proven experience of minimum 10 years in the area of Finance and Controlling
/ Strong knowledge in standardization of methods & processes and distinctive experience with financial systems and Controlling tools
/ Excellent ability to work in complex interdisciplinary environment and high level of competence in intercultural personnel management due to wide geographical spread with different cultural backgrounds
/ Strong analytical skills in combination with a high level of entrepreneurial competence and cost awareness in particular strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to consistently implement necessary measures and changes
/ Excellent cooperation and communication skills and high degree of resilience and perseverance
