Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of a specific product design including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with crossfunctional teams
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data
- Document and process nonconforming material
- Communicate nonconforming material with crossfunctional teams and vendors
- Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problemsolving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns
- Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives
- Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Quality ASQ certification a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and be able to follow written directions
- Works well with others in a team environment

- Ability to lift safely up to 35 pounds
- Ability to use lift support devices
