Physical Therapist / PT
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Flexible 30 to 40 hours/week
Setting: Rehabilitation Center Continuing Care Retirement Community
Location: Heartwood Care Center Crosby MN

Qualifications:
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
