Welcoming and loving oriented FQHC Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA in Fitchburg MA!

Your Role with the Company:
- Full time MondayFriday 8am5pm
- APP will work at one location open locations: Fitchburg Leominster and South Gardner
- Team based mindset with collaborative environment
- FNP / PA will work in a primary care setting seeing 1824 patients per day
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- Active MA License
