PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Your placement would be in TECs San Diego office and you are welcome to work remotely as needed. The position will contribute to our community engagement and outreach activities with an immediate and specific focus on managing partner engagement for the California Energy Commission Equitable Building Decarbonization (EBD) Direct Install (DI) Program in the Southern Region. In this role you will act as an Area Coordinator for the San Diego region and be the primary liaison between the Implementation Team and the Community Partners who perform direct Marketing Education and Outreach (ME&O). Community Partners refers to the collective set of CommunityBased Organizations Community Choice Aggregators Local Governments and Regional Energy Networks who will perform direct ME&O to promote the EBD program. The EBD Area Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the success of our program and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
The EBD Area Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination with Community Partners facilitating smooth interactions and collaboration. You will be organizing and leading meetings to keep Community Partners informed about ongoing developments. Additionally youll collect outreach logs and event summaries from the partners to track progress and impact. A key part of your role will be providing support to Community Partners as they address local challenges offering guidance and resources as needed. Youll also assist them in accessing programdeveloped outreach materials ensuring they have the tools they need for success. Finally youll work closely with Community Partners to ensure that their ME&O efforts are culturally appropriate and aligned with the programs overarching goals. This position will ensure Community Partners are moving participants through the program lifecycle reviewing project documentation updating customer relationship management databases and providing support for all project features including outreach communications and reporting. This position will also support other TEC ME&O projects on the Community Engagement and Outreach team with a specific focus on community engagement and outreach in rural hardtoreach and disadvantaged communities.

This position can work remotely except when business needs require inperson attendance at meetings and events at TEC offices or customer sites. COMPENSATION

Salary: The starting base pay range for this position is $84300 $95000 annually. This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range at the time of the posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors including a candidates experience education training skills and certifications.
