Job Summary
Klick Lewis a leading car dealership located in Palmyra Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced and passionate Automotive Sales Associate. This is a fulltime base plus commission position. As part of our sales team you will act as a key sales resource by providing expertise and tailored solutions to our customers. Your primary objective will be to assist our customers in selecting the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
Compensation & Benefits
In addition to a competitive base salary you will benefit from commission based on sales performance. The OTE for this role can range from $50000 to $200000 per year paid biweekly. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) plan health and disability insurance paid vacation and employee discounts.
Responsibilities
Facilitate all aspects of the sales process
Actively network and build relationships with customers
Demonstrate and explain vehicle features capacities and benefits
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle to purchase according to their desired model features and price range
Negotiate sales and finance terms with customers
Gather pertinent customer information and facilitate financing with our lender partners
Maintain updated customer and sales records
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Vehicle Knowledge
Skilled in vehicle selection and negotiation
Proficient with data entry and record keeping
