MAHEC is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Program Assistant/Customer Service position. This position will provide administrative support for continuing education events including maintaining accurate program and event information in multiple databases and platforms (no database experience required) and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. The position works collaboratively with Continuing Professional Development staff and the Marketing department. Come join our awesome team!
As a member of the Customer Service/Registration Team the position will provide support in the areas of:
The individual serves as the first point of contact for all customers at the main information desk of MAHECs Education Building approximately 12 hours per week (out of 40hour work week this is a fulltime position). Attention to detail is needed to be successful in this role.
