Job Description

CI/HUMINT Operational Support
Macdill Air Force Base Tampa FL

The CI/HUMINT Operational Support assists the United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the intelligence directorate task area. The positions primary mission involves providing timely accurate and relevant multidiscipline multifunction intelligence support tailored to the USCENTCOM AOR for the COMUSMARCENT staff and subordinate units to assist in the Commands decision making and staff actions for MARCENTs component responsibilities and Title 10 service obligations. The CI/HUMINT Operational Support directly supports services for the MARCENT G2 including the delivery of operational support and the assistance of intelligence analysis and collection to ensure the efficient of MARCENT OAMS tasks both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The CI/HUMINT Operational Support will perform the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide CI/HUMINT operational support.
  • Deliver services regarding collections management intelligence analysis operations geographic profiling and signals intelligence analysis at the expert proficiency level.
  • Assist with intelligence analysis collections management up to the TS/SCI level in support of MARCENT forces.
  • Develop and review intelligence requirements as well as provide recommendations. Classified reports and briefs must be prepared as appropriate.

EDUCATION

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum ten years of military experience.
  • Experience in Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations including collections management intelligence analysis and support for military operations.
  • Experience in managing intelligence collections including coordinating with various intelligence disciplines and agencies.
  • Experience in analyzing intelligence data developing actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and handling classified intelligence reports and briefs.
  • Experience providing operational support in a highstakes environment including developing and reviewing intelligence requirements and ensuring timely and accurate support.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence operations including collecting and analyzing intelligence data and managing collection efforts.
  • Expert ability to analyze intelligence develop geographic profiles and provide actionable recommendations based on intelligence data.
  • Skilled in managing intelligence collections coordinating with different agencies and ensuring effective data integration and utilization.
  • Proficiency in geographic profiling and signals intelligence analysis providing comprehensive support for operational planning and decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work closely with MARCENT G2 and other intelligence components to support operational needs and enhance mission effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of security protocols for handling classified information including adherence to TS/SCI clearance requirements and confidentiality standards.
  • Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word Power Point Excel etc. desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus.

SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS

  • Travel is required.
  • Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid drivers license current automobile insurance and a driving record that is acceptable to the companys auto insurance provider.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.
