eCommerce Sales & DropShipping Manager

We hope to attract eager selfmotivated and highly analytical eCommercesavvy individuals who can dominate the online marketplaces in various capacities. We definitely want aggressive gogetters who understand eCommerce sales dropshipping account management and key aspects of digital advertising.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSBILITIES

The eCommerce Account Associate is responsible for assisting the team in managing all aspects of the eCommerce business for his/her assigned accounts. The right candidate will have omnichannel marketplace experience with Amazon Walmart eBay Homedepot Lowes and other key marketplaces. You must possess a proven track record of getting and optimizing online sales strong data analysis skills and extensive experience in establishing dropshipping accounts. You will have a key role in assisting the team with management and growth of your designated accounts implementing strategies to ensure the attainment of key financial goals and objectives.
  • Establish dropshipping programs for online retailers
  • Develop eCommerce sales strategies programs and plans for existing and potential customers. Includes but not limited to assisting in the development of annual business plans and monitoring goals conducting monthly reviews preparing marketing calendars for assigned accounts and leading action item efforts.
  • Assisting the team to achieve all eCommerce financial goals for your designated account(s). Work with the team to own P&L responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability across a wide digital customer base.
  • Will define identify and implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Be directly involved in the daytoday eCommerce operations merchandising and maintenance.
  • Evaluate market share and competition.
  • Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability quality and order processing timeliness.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams in marketing finance product engineering supply chain creative IT and customer service to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business management or related field
  • 4 years of eCommerce sales experience
  • Experience working withAmazon 1P and 3P)and Walmart Retail link strongly preferred
  • Candidates with ecommerce experience must be able to demonstrate successful track record in eCommerce sales growth
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytical tools including site analytics email measurement display measurement and Excel

This is a fully onsite role within our headquarter offices in Brooklyn New York.
