About the Role

Were looking for an energetic peoplefocused leader to join our rapidly growing Enterprise Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highgrowth business and make a meaningful impact by coaching and developing a team of Account Executives.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to hire and build a highperforming team within our North American Growth Enterprise segment focused on companies withemployees. To succeed in this role you should see yourself as a peoplefirst leader with a processdriven approach and proven experience in the enterprise SaaS sales motion. Your positive attitude and leadership presence will help inspire and influence those around you.

Heres What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on focused on new business sales across companies with 1k5k employees.
  • Foster a highperforming peoplefirst culture by coaching and developing team members through handson mentorship and career development
  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability by planning monitoring and evaluating individual performance and sales results
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings for both new business and addon sales opportunities
  • Refine and improve sales processes for the Growth Enterprise segment from onboarding through to deal
  • Continuously innovate on current best practices to support the evolving needs of a growing sales organization
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales Development Customer Success Professional Services Sales Engineering Marketing Content and Product to align on strategic priorities and accelerate growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to leverage tools data and processes that optimize sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Engage and influence executives within customer and prospect organizations
  • Champion a salesdriven highenergy culture in a fun fastpaced environment
  • Travel up to 25 of the time

We Are Excited About You Because You Have:

  • 35 years of sales management experience preferably in similar segment
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS/subscription based sales model
  • Ability to hire develop and retain top talent
  • Proven track record of quota attainment both as an individual contributor and Manager
  • Experience developing and executing regional sales plans and forecasts addressing new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.
  • Proven effectiveness working across functional teams.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting discovery presentation buying behaviors and overcoming objections

At Udemy we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors including but not limited to jobrelated skills qualifications experience and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary this role is also eligible for benefits equity and uncapped OTE.

OTE Compensation Range

$240000 $300000 USD
