Job Description
Our client leadingleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a SrLogistics Analystbased out of Indianapolis IN.
Duration: Long termcontract (Possibility of conversion to FTE)
Pay Range : $51.75/hron W2 DOE
The contractor willneed a drug screen due to entering hospitals.
Ensures ontime andinfull supply of products from the handover of the supply plan until thedelivery to the next supply chain mode/customer. Ensures quality supply ofproducts to customers/patients from assigned internal and external sitesthrough management from planning to . Manage domestic andinternational orders for the diagnostics operations division. Managing ordersincludes the of system functions in SAP for the monitoring andresolution of open orders verification of availability of goods and takingthe appropriate actions when manual intervention and/or escalation forcorrectly processing orders or resolving issues is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate andcommunicate with multiple business functions and site representatives includingcommercial operations inventory control planning and material handling/shipping operations.
- Collaborate with Sr.Customer Care Agents for investigating escalating and resolving complex ordersrelated issues and for new or changed processes to achieve business goals.
- Assist withidentifying investigating and developing continuous operational improvementopportunities.
- Ensure the ofactivities comply with all applicable federal and international regulationsand the Global Supply Chain Standards. Communicate to the responsible logisticscontacts in case of noncompliance.
- Process incomingcomplaints in a timely and accurate manner.
