This is a handson highly autonomous leadership position where youll be the key decisionmaker in salary structures benefits programs and incentives while collaborating closely with global teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:- Design implement and manage comprehensive rewards benefits and incentive programs.
- Benchmark and analyze salary structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Oversee merit increases bonus structures and long/shortterm incentive plans.
- Develop and refine C&B policies while ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.
- Partner with finance recruitment and HR teams to optimize compensation strategies.
- Provide key reports and analytics on compensation trends and global salary structures.
- Manage highlevel stakeholder interactions and handle compensationrelated escalations.
What Were Looking For:- 10 years in Compensation & Benefits with at least 3 years leading the function.
- Proven expertise in salary benchmarking benefits administration and incentive structuring.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in global rewards and multiregion compensation frameworks.
- Industry exposure to ITES KPO Analytics or Call Centre environments.
- Working knowledge of Tableau Power BI Qlik Sense (advantageous).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
