What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative youll be the friendly voice supporting customers via inbound calls. Well train you to handle sensitive information with care answer questions about our state agencies programs processes taxes and repayment programs and provide clarity and next steps to those in need. Using our robust knowledge base youll deliver exceptional service while documenting every case you touch. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Address inquiries about state taxes repayment programs and related services.
  • Provide clear answers and actionable next steps guided by the comprehensive training we provide.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software ensuring exceptional followthrough.
  • Delight callers with patience empathy and toptier support turning complex issues into simple solutions.

What Were Looking For

  • Conversational Skills: Fluency inEnglish (spoken and written) is your superpower to connect with diverse callers!
  • Communication Pro: Clear confident and friendly with the ability to explain solutions.
  • Multitasking Talent: Comfortable typing while talking 35 WPM preferred).
  • Customer Focus: A passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
  • Reliability: Selfmotivated and ready to shine as part of our team.

Job Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Equipment: You will be supplied with equipment.
  • Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM EST no nights or weekends!
  • Start Date: 45 weeks after offer due to thorough background checks (were building a toptier team!.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: Starting at $16/hr and competitive and based on your skills and experience.
