- Oversee the service drive and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Be a customer champion taking ownership of their experience and leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Provide expert concierge support to all customer inquiries both inperson and over the phone.
- Effectively manage technician time slots and match them with customer needs.
Qualifications:
