YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As a Technical Leader you will be responsible for managing technology transformation projects (core applications) ensuring the definition of technological solutions and adherence to planning and coordinating the work of crossfunctional teams both internal and external to the company.
Main activities:
- Define and plan a transformation roadmap for the relevant systems adopting best software development practices to ensure a smooth and successful transition;
- Propose technical solutions consistent with development and architectural guidelines;
- Plan the activities of external vendors supervise the quality and readability of the code and ensure compliance with proposed guidelines;
- Identify and address constraints and issues that could generate risks to project plans;
- Provide regular updates to management by preparing project status reports.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
- 510 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects (reverse engineering/migrations from monolithic architecture to microservices) using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban);
- Knowledge of modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot);
- Knowledge of serverside programming PLSQL and shell scripting related to the maintenance of decommissioning legacy systems;
- Previous experience in creating code executed in cloud environments using PaaS (Azure AWS GCP);
- Experience in modern applications with knowledge of SDLC (git unit testing CI/CD);
- Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
