Responsibilities
Our ICU team is always ready to deliver the highest level of care for any patient. In our 24bed ICU you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidencebased care to complex patients with a multitude of diagnoses including sepsis shock multiorgan failure ARDS heart failure MI cardiac abnormalities and stroke.
As a nurse in this unit you should have the desire to be a patient and family advocate have excellent communication and problemsolving skills and enjoy collaboration with other disciplines.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.
- RN Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
