Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Day Shifts 18.50 per hour 33 hours per week

Our client a wellrespected nursing home with a Good CQC rating is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. This service provides general nursing EMI nursing and residential care ensuring a safe supportive and personcentred environment for older adults.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about highquality care and wants to be part of a welcoming and professional team.
As a Staff Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate highquality care to residents. Working day shifts 33 hours per week) you will support residents with their clinical and personal care needs while promoting dignity independence and wellbeing.
What Were Looking For
- A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- A commitment to providing personcentred highquality care.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A compassionate and patientfocused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and monitor highquality nursing care ensuring residents physical emotional and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues families and external healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication safely and in line with best practices.
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Support and mentor care staff fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
