Actionline Ltd. is a Greek company that specializes in the provision of innovative human resources solutions. Actionline is currently seeking on behalf of its client for a Cyber Security Engineer.
Description:
In your role you will undertake tasks such as:
- Design implement administrate maintain tune and troubleshoot Cybersecurity Systems and Solutions such as WAF DAM EDR email Security PAM DLP etc.
- Investigate and analyze alerts triggered from the Cyber Security Solutions in place.
- Work on projects focused on development and continuous improvement of security infrastructure.
- Provide consultation and security improvements in Azure oriented solutions and be responsible for the security hardening of the aforementioned systems.
- Research innovative technologies and investigate industry security best practices in designing problems.
- Assist in maintaining the security level of IT systems and networks.
- Create documentation and revise the deliverables for important cybersecurity projects.
To be a successful candidate your professional profile should match the following criteria:
- Bachelors or Technical University degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
- Proven minimum five years of experience in IT Security roles within companies or organizations with IT or Network Departments.
- Experience and knowledge of Cyber Security tools & technologies such as: WAF SIEM EDR Email Protection Microsoft Defender DAM Cloud Security Services (Azure) DLP DC IRM IAM PAM.
- Desired IT Security certifications from ISACA (ISC) or other recognized organizations.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A Masters or PhD degree in Information Security is considered a plus.
On the personal side:
- Comfort in presenting and explaining cybersecurity topics to technical teams as well as highlevel audience.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams in executing projects (IT Systems Database or Network Administrators).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
- Passionate with Cyber Security topic.
- Strong aptitude for staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
