Short description
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Team Digital Transformation you will play an essential role in
supporting our internal systems and enhancing data quality. You will collaborate with us to optimize
our CRM and ERP system optimize system interfaces and contribute to maintaining highquality data
management.

- Working Hours: 1620 hours/ week
- Start Date: as soon as possible
Your mission
- Improve internal data quality consistency and governance:
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
- Support the development of data validation and cleansing processes
- Contribute to data governance initiatives
- Analyze and optimize internal digital processes:
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
- Assist in process automation and digital tool implementation
- Gather user feedback and suggest enhancements
- Contribute to automation initiatives and workflow improvements:
- Develop scripts or tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Support the integration of AIdriven solutions where applicable
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand automation needs
- Support internal users with CRM and ERP systemrelated inquiries and tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving systemrelated issues
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices
- Document common challenges and propose improvements
- Optional: Participate in integrating various tools and platforms
- Work on API connections between CRM ERP and other systems
- Support the automation of data flows between applications
- Monitor and maintain integration stability
Your profile
- You are a Bachelors or Masters student (preferred) in Computer Science Data ScienceBusiness Informatics or a related field
- You have a strong technical affinity and enjoy working with data
- You have some experience with data handling APIs and AIsolutions (from university or
- personal projects)
- You are comfortable working with Python SQL and REST APIs
- You are a structured thinker a problem solver and a team player and have a strong sense of quality and precision
- Ideally you already have some experience working with a CRM ERP or similar enterprise tools
- Proficiency in English German is a plus
