Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Keep detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer service process
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Fluency in Slovenian (written and spoken)
Good English communication skills
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Techsavvy and familiar with CRM systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
