Job Description
Inpatient Psychiatrist Crisis Unit
Our client is a growing nonprofit behavioral health organization based in Oak Ridge TN that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from toprated management.
The Company: Our client consists of a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists Psychologists and Licensed Therapists who specialize in treating adults and children with behavioral health conditions or mental health disorders.
The Position: Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist to work about 20 30 hours a week in our 16 bed inpatient unit there can be more hours if your choose.
- $230000 $275000 Base Salary
- Health Insurance 68 of Premium Covered (Effective 1st of The Month After 30 days)
- Vacation Time Eligible After 90 Days (Accumulate 10 Hours Each Month)
- Basic Life/Accidental Death Insurance Coverage is 150 of Annual Salary
- Sick Leave Immediate Eligibility (Accrue 5.33 Hours Each Month)
- Vision / Dental (Effective 1st of The Month Part or FullTime After 30 days)
- 8 Paid Holidays Immediate Eligibility
- 403B Retirement Plan With a 3 Match
- Long Term Disability Benefits
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Current Tennessee Medical License Required
- DEA License
Responsibilities:
- Flexible schedule
- Part time will be considered
- Inpatient 16 bed crisis unit (Low census currently looking to increase)
- Can supplement inpatient hours with outpatient psychotherapy at onsite outpatient clinic
- On call coverage is on rotation
