Job Description

Assigned Duties and Tasks:
Prepping and Scanning Medical Records
Checking in Paper charts received from our medical/BH units
Processing medical records requests from Hospitals and doctors office
Assist and creating Excel worksheets
Answering phone calls from patients asking to obtain medical records.
Education
Must have completed at least Freshman year of College/Trade School.
